Max founded Hello Chef in November 2021.
Even before Corona, Max Kangni, who worked in Munich as deputy head chef at the five-star Le Méridien hotel and the Vier Jahreszeiten, recognized the true needs of his guests:
"It's not just about being full, it's about enjoyment. The focus is on the experience of enjoying together in a familiar, personal setting. And where can that be better than at home? All we need is a functioning kitchen and dishes"
